Day 1 KOLKATA - HANOI: Greetings from Darshan Travels & Tours!
Xin Chao! Welcome to Vietnam!
We will start from Kolkata airport. Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, you will be greeted by our guide and driver and get you transferred to hotel in city center for check in to hotel. Your room at hotel will be at the disposal from 14:00hrs Afternoon, visit Temple of Litterature and Hoan Kiem Lake as well as Hanoi Old Quarter. Welcome Dinner at Vietnamese restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY (NIGHT CRUISE) After breakfast at hotel, we will head out to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Ha Long you will board an overnight cruise amongst the more than 3,000 limestone islands rising majestically out of the turquoise bay. You pass grand rock formations and quaint fishing towns, and sample a delicious lunch of freshly caught fish and seafood. In the afternoon you can choose from several interesting activities: a cooking demonstration with chef on board, an optional traditional massage, or a refreshing swim. Gala dinner on Sundeck of Cruise with in house Music to dance. Overnight on board.

Day 3 : – HALONG BAY – HO CHI MINH Start the day with calming Tai Chi, often accompanied by an amazing sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of the bay’s landscape. The cruise passes beautiful spots such as Trong, Trinh Nu and the Me Cung Caves, and you will have a chance to explore Surprise Cave before having buffet brunch on board. Back at the dock, where you will be met and transferred to Hanoi. Then driver and tour guide will pick you up and transfer to airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you are greeted by our guide and driven to hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 4: HALONG BAY – HO CHI MINH Breakfast at hotel. Our guide and driver will pick you up at hotel. We will start our tour at around 9 am to My Tho. Upon arrival, we will take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have a lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Lunch at a local restaurant.Afternoon, you will be transferred back to the hotel for refreshment Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Night Stay : Ho Chi Minh

DAY 5: (HO CHI MINH - CU CHI TUNNELS - HO CHI MINH) Breakfast at hotel .Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and then start drive to Cu Chi which located 60km from HCM city, Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti- American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for original tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. We will reach Cu Chi Tunnels in the mid-morning. After an introductory video, viewing various mantraps, the remains of an American tank and numerous bomb craters, you will spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels to see how the Viet Cong survived in this underground network. You will have the option to try out war-era guns at a shooting range.
Brive back to Saigon. Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
Afternoon, visit War Museum and then shopping time.
Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 6: HO CHI MINH - FLY TO SIEM REAP Breakfast at hotel. Our guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the airport to take a flight to Siem Reap. Suas’dei, welcome to the Kingdom of Wonder! You will be greeted by our hospitable guide and transferred to our hotel in town. Lunch at Indian Restaurant. In the afternoon visit the War Museum which offers an insightful view of the wars in Cambodia in the last 3 decades. Among the collection displays are war machines such as tanks, jet fighter aircraft, guns, landmines and rare photographs. (An alternative option to the War Museum is the Angkor National Museum. This world class museum introducing the profound cultural landmarks of Siem Reap spreads over 20,000 sq.m and reveals the legends of the Golden Era of the Khmer Empire. The museum is a landmark providing complete facilities and recreation services for both tourists and the local community). Enjoy dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 7: ANGKOR WAT, ANGKOR THOM Wake up early, have breakfast at the hotel and head out with your cameras for a day filled with amazing sights and experiences. Visit the ancient city of Angkor Thom, surrounded by an 8m high wall. Angkor Thom was the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire under the reign of Jayavarman VII. Continue to Ta Prohm Temple, unlike most other Angkor temples, has been left just it was when rediscovered: a photogenic and atmospheric maze of trees growing out of temple ruins amidst jungle surroundings, making it one of Angkor's most popular temples with visitors. In the afternoon take in the great Angkor Wat, a temple dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu by King Suryavarman II, who reigned between 1131 and 1150. It was constructed over a period of 30 years and is world famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. In 1992 the UNESCO declared the monument and the whole city of Angkor a World Heritage Site. In the evening you will be free to discover another kind of attraction - the local Pub Street which hosts several bars, discos and restaurants waits to be explored. Dinner at Indian restaurant. DAY 8: (CHONG KNEAS) In the morning, you will head out to Chong Kneas “floating village”. Take a boat and cruise through this floating settlement seeing a floating school, farms, houses and many more curiosities. Greeted by waves of the friendly locals, here you can glimpse Cambodia’s lakeside culture and traditional family lifestyle. Next is the Crocodile Farm where you can see hundreds of crocodiles of various sizes and dispositions. You can feed them (at extra costs) and purchase products made from crocodile skin there. From there, we will depart to visit the bustling market in Phsar Rolous where locals buy everything as foods, clothes, house utensils…even motorbike. Then, take a walk around the village to know more about daily life of friendly locals and arrive Wat Rolous pagoda to learn about Buddhism. Here, we will have chance to meet the monks who are more than willing to share their wisdom and story of this sacred place. Following this, participate in the blessing ceremony at the pagoda, while the monk sprinkles holy water on you to wish for your good luck. Afterwards, a sacred bracelet will be tied around your wrist which is said to protect you from evil spirits or accidents. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 9: SIEM REAP DEPARTURE The morning is spent to shop at the Old Market where you can find souvenirs, T-shirts, silverware, silk, wood and stone carvings, Buddhas statues, and other items. (Clients own arrangement) Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. End of tour.
